UP473 : Housing and Urban Policy Planning

Overview:

The role of housing in American social policy planning: Economic modeling of the housing market, emphasizing supply and demand functions and private market imperfections; and analysis of public policies for housing as they affect special consumer groups (the poor, the elderly, and the minorities).

Prerequisite:

UP 260 or equivalent
