UP455 - Economic Development Workshop

Overview:

Small group field work applying principles and techniques of economic development planning and policy analysis to specific problems in selected cities, regions, or states.

Prerequisite:

UP 445 and senior or graduate student standing, or special consent of instructor. Students' experience and success in UP 455 is greatly enhanced by taking the course in sequence with UP 445 (445 in the fall, 455 in the spring). UP 445 presents the framework, tools, and skills needed for quality project work in UP 455.
