Jane Terry, Student Services Manager
Jane Terry can provide guidance on administrative procedures at the Departmental, College, and University levels. She also offers
general advising about degree course requirements, internships, and appeals. She has been at the University for over 30 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the Urban Planning program and student needs.

Brian Sheehan, Advising Assistant
Brian is generally your first point of contact for regular advising
help and course selection during enrollment and registration
periods. He also handles daily/weekly inquiries about student
progress and course choices. His main objective is to keep BAUP students
on track with respect to their recommended course sequences and fulfillment
of degree requirements. To see Brian, drop in during his office hours
(posted on the door of TBH room M216), or whenever possible, please make
an appointment or sign up on the sheet on the office door. Scheduling
an appointment in advance is especially important during the weeks preceding
pre-registration.

Faculty Mentor
Each undergraduate student is assigned a faculty mentor by the BAUP Program Coordinator. The mentors are a source of information on "bigger picture" issues like career paths, professional specializations within planning field, internship ideas, and so forth.

College of Fine and Applied Arts, Office for Undergraduate Academic Affairs
The FAA Office for Undergraduate Academic Affairs can assist with questions about records, degree certification, awards and honors, transfer courses, and student petitions. Students may meet with the office staff on a walk-in basis or may schedule an appointment by calling the Office Secretary at 217-333-6061.
